Your world begins with what you know about it.

Enter its parts yourself, bring a manuscript, or do both. If your world has its own game system, give those rules their own place so they can guide play.

The Librarian's findings would come back with source passages for you to review. You could test the result privately with a GM before deciding whether anyone else may enter.

Publish Story shares your writing. Create a World begins privately. Letting others enter that world is a separate choice you can make later.
